Barada is a tiny farming community of 35 people in southeastern Nebraska's Richardson County, near the Kansas border. Access the town via Highway 8 from Falls City, about 15 miles east, which connects to US Highway 73 for longer trips. Most routes are regional drives through corn and soybean country. The town sits along the historic Pony Express route from the 1860s.
