Baldwin is a small city of about 1,300 people located 20 miles west of Jacksonville via US Highway 90. The area sits in rural western Duval County, accessible from I-10 via US 301 or from the north on State Road 121. Cecil Airport is about 15 miles southeast. Baldwin hosts the annual Bluegrass Festival each spring, a tradition spanning over 30 years.
