Avard is a tiny farming community of 18 people in northwestern Oklahoma's Woods County, where Highway 50 intersects rural roads serving wheat country. Most visitors reach it via US Highway 64, then Highway 50 from either Woodward (30 miles south) or Alva (15 miles northwest). The closest EV charging is in those larger towns.
