Augusta is a small farming town in west-central Wisconsin, about 20 minutes east of Eau Claire via Highway 27. The town sits along the Eau Claire River in dairy country, with Highway 12 providing the main east-west connection to Black River Falls and the Dells. Most visitors pass through on regional trips between central and western Wisconsin.
