Astatula is a small Lake County city about 30 miles northwest of Orlando, accessible via SR 429 north to US 441, then west on SR 19. From Tampa, take I-4 east to US 27 north. The rolling, lake-dotted terrain offers a quieter pace than busier tourist areas, with about one EV fast charger nearby. The city's name comes from Creek Indian meaning "clear water."
