Ashley is a small farming town in northeastern Indiana where State Road 4 cuts through corn and soybean country. Most visitors come from Fort Wayne (25 miles via US-30 and State Road 1) or Auburn (8 miles south on State Road 1). The historic grain elevator towers over the flat landscape, visible for miles as a working monument to the area's agricultural roots.
