Arrow Rock is a tiny Missouri River village that preserves 1800s frontier life with historic buildings and unpaved streets. Located 13 miles south of I-70 via Highway 41, it's a popular day trip from Kansas City or St. Louis. The main street ends dramatically at a bluff overlooking the Missouri River, where a steep gravel road descends to the old Santa Fe Trail ferry crossing.
