Take I-95 to Exit 8 (Naamans Road) for the easiest access, or use Route 202 from local areas. The community sits in rolling hills near Brandywine Creek, about halfway between Wilmington Airport (12 miles) and Philadelphia International (22 miles). Arden operates as one of America's last single-tax communities, where residents lease land from a trust rather than owning it outright.
