Arco is a tiny farming town in southwestern Minnesota's Lincoln County, sitting along US Highway 14 about 30 miles west of Marshall. The community of 66 people is surrounded by corn and soybean fields stretching to the South Dakota border. Highway 23 provides north-south access, while Highway 14 connects east to Marshall and Interstate 35. The working grain elevator remains the town's most recognizable landmark, visible for miles across the flat prairie landscape.
