Arapaho is a small Oklahoma town of 715 people located along Highway 18, about 20 miles northwest of Clinton. Most visitors drive up from Clinton via I-40, while locals make regular trips south for shopping and services. The town sits in rolling wheat country with cattle ranches and oil wells scattered across the landscape. Its most recognizable landmark is a restored 1920s grain elevator that towers over the surrounding prairie.
