Antelope is a tiny high desert community of 68 people in north-central Oregon, about 100 miles southeast of The Dalles. Take Highway 26 east from Portland through Mount Hood National Forest, then Highway 97 south to Shaniko and Highway 218 west for the final stretch. The area sits at 2,800 feet elevation with expansive sagebrush country views. It's near the former site of the Rajneeshpuram commune from the 1980s.
