Anderson is a small Ozark foothills city in southwest Missouri, home to about 2,700 people. Highway 59 runs right through town, connecting north to Neosho (15 miles) and south toward Arkansas. Most visitors come from Joplin, about 30 miles northeast via Highway 59.
