Amity is a small Arkansas town of 740 people located 70 miles southwest of Little Rock via Highway 8. The main route runs through Arkadelphia on I-30, then southwest on Highway 8. It sits in Clark County's rolling hills where visitors often stop while exploring Arkansas's diamond region or heading to nearby hot springs areas. The town lies along the historic Butterfield Overland Mail route from the 1850s.
