Ambler is a small borough in Montgomery County, about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia via Route 309. The main roads include Route 309 running north-south, Route 73 (Skippack Pike) east-west, and connections to Route 202 and I-476. SEPTA Regional Rail provides train service to Philadelphia from nearby stations. The historic Ambler Theater on Butler Avenue has been showing movies since 1928 in its original Art Deco interior.
