Alicia is a tiny Lawrence County community of 138 people in northeastern Arkansas. Drive US Highway 67 north from Little Rock for 120 miles, then take county roads through farm country. From Memphis, it's about 90 miles west on US Highway 64. The town keeps one of Arkansas's smallest post offices running.
