Aldrich is a tiny Missouri town of 65 people in Polk County's rolling countryside. Highway 13 runs north-south through town, connecting to Bolivar (15 miles north) and continuing toward Arkansas. Most traffic comes from Springfield, about 30 miles northeast. The town's 1902 one-room schoolhouse still stands as a historic landmark.
