Albin is a tiny ranching town right on I-80 in southeastern Wyoming, about 45 miles southwest of Cheyenne and 12 miles from the Colorado border. It's mainly a fuel stop for cross-country travelers, with local traffic using Highway 215 to connect with surrounding ranch country. The original 1901 railroad water tower still stands as a visible landmark from the interstate.
