Albany is a small Indiana city of about 2,900 people located where State Roads 67 and 332 intersect in Delaware County. It's about 10 miles north of Muncie via SR-67, or roughly an hour from Indianapolis taking I-69 north to the SR-67 exit. The town sits amid typical central Indiana farmland with a historic grain elevator that towers over the flat landscape and serves as a landmark visible for miles.
