Alamo is a tiny farming town of 47 people in northwest North Dakota, about 15 miles southeast of Williston via US 85 and County Road 4. From Minot, take US 2 west to New Town, then ND 23 north. The area sits in rolling prairie country with cold winters and warm summers. Despite its small size, Alamo remains one of North Dakota's smallest incorporated cities.
