Adrian is a small farming town in western Missouri, about an hour south of Kansas City via Highway 71. The main routes are Highway 71 running north-south and State Route 18 going east-west toward Butler. Most visitors come from Kansas City or other points along the Highway 71 corridor. The town centers around a historic courthouse square and features a converted railroad trail for walking and cycling.
