Adrian is a farming town of about 1,200 people in southwestern Minnesota, 20 miles north of Iowa. Highway 60 runs east-west through town, connecting to Worthington 15 miles east and Luverne to the southwest. Highway 91 provides north-south access. The area features typical Midwest agricultural landscape with corn and soybean fields. The town's water tower displays a buffalo logo commemorating the prairie bison that once roamed these grasslands.
