Addison is a small mountain town of about 1,000 people serving as Webster County's seat in central West Virginia. Reach it via US Route 15, which connects north to Buckhannon (25 miles) and south to Summersville (30 miles), or take State Route 20 for east-west travel. Most visitors arrive from I-79 through Buckhannon. The 1887 Webster County Courthouse dominates downtown with its Second Empire architecture and distinctive clock tower.
